Sales Policy
1) Sales Enquiry

2) Prices
Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars and for 1 item.
3) Payment
We accept bank account transfer. Details will be provided by email. Do email to us once transfer is completed.
4) Delivery
Self-collection can be arranged at an agreed time at Raffles Place / Suntec City. A 5% discount will be given for self-collection.
A standard delivery charge of S$3.00 to a single location in Singapore applies.
Free delivery to a single location (local) for purchases above S$50.00 (nett).
Delivery will be made within 7 working days upon sales confirmation, subject to availability of stocks.
5) Cancellation / Exchange / Refund
We will not accept any cancellation of order once it is confirmed and payment is received.Customers must check items upon delivery or self-collection, after which, we will not accept any exchange or refund requests.
Any defective item identified upon delivery or self-collection, will be replaced with the same design, or only in the case whereby there are no more stocks for that particular design, we will replace it with another available item of the same value, or a full refund will be given.
